Jessica's passion for television and films started at an early, easily influenced age. The path she chose to pursue was as a model for fashion. A casting director in Australia reached out to models and invited them to come for auditions. She was cast as "Kiki," the leading character in Lightning Point/Alien Surf Girls. Since then she's played minor parts in Peter Pan and Aquamarine. The actress played Cleopatra on the Netflix Roman Empire's 2nd season. She appeared as Cleopatra in the second season of Netflix's Original series The Roman Empire. The Outpost In 2018, Jessica got the global look-up for the leading part of the character 'Talon' on The Outpost. An audition tape was given to producers. They also received a second tape showing her doing MMA. She sent them a video that she shot the next day, showing her sword-fighting. After reading the script, Jessica knew that the role will require training in weapons, and recorded her first session by a trained professional. Jonathan Glassner stated that they had awed by Jessica's skills during her first training lesson. Jessica had never been in an important role prior to the US since all her filmography was in Australia. Jessica's expertise in mixed martial, horse riding and weaponry and her capability to perform stunts, allow her to portray a powerful female role. She is a trained boxer and muay Thai and mixed martial artist. On set, filming Season 4, Jake Stormoen encountered a dog who was wandering around the filming. This dog was actually a stray puppy that lived on the set. Jessica took care of two puppies.
